Good Day Cafe

We came with a large group to this cute cafe and had the most wonderful morning! Excellent French press and lattes with shots of kombucha (flavors of the day) to start. We all ordered different dishes and could not pick a favorite...they were all comfort foods for the soul! Thank you for a wonderful Saturday brunch and for excellent service!

This place was my second favorite place in SD. First being the Devil's Tower which is sacred and beautiful. Traveling though SD we stopped in Spearfish to get gas. I noticed "Good Day Cafe" and went in for To Go car food. OMG it was great. They are every enviromentally friendly; great and real coffee. The staff were so pleasant with wonderful customer service skills. Thank you!

Good Day is a higher end bistro style artesional eatery with bold flavors and a lovable atmosphere. The food is fresh and delicious with multiple organic and farm fresh additions to the menu. The coffee is so good your going to want to take beans home with you. They have multiple tea options and Kombucha. It's more expensive then Dennys, but worth it. Great for brunch and conscientious diners.

Wow! I am still blown away by the delicious and fresh food I ate at the Good Day Cafe while being on vacation in the Black Hills. I went there twice just to be able to taste different breakfast items. The coffee specialties with the flavorful syrups were tasty and so were the eggs. They serve dark orange creamy egg yolks that you only get when the chickens are farmed and fed right. The home brewed kombucha and the pancakes topped with cinnamon apples were really good as well. This is how a Cafe is done right.

Excellent food with good portions. Coffee and Kombucha are the best in town! Syrups and jams homemade and delicious. The farm fresh eggs and organic produce make a difference. Service is great. Cleanliness top notch. For the health conscious and anyone wanting to try something different.

I was hoping that Speargish had a local breakfast place, and we found this gem! I had an almond milk, lavendar latte (hot), and at my first sip, I was in love! Seriously, most devine latte I have had in a loooong while. The rest of our breakfast was delightful as well: thick cut bacon, seasoned red breakfast potatoes, and the french toast is made using Dough Trader's Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough, so it was unique and delicious. I can't say enough about the house made jam (we took a jar of the Strawberry Rhubarb home for ourselves!) The atmosphere is sweet, relaxed and earthy. The service was friendly and timely.
